Direct Support Careers with RHS

Round Hill Services is a state-accredited human services provider, serving clients across central Pennsylvania. Our direct support professionals provide one-on-one home and community habilitation for adults with autism and/or intellectual developmental disability (Autism/IDD), under the direct supervision and with the support of experienced Board-Certified Behavioral Analysts®.

Basic Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience working with individuals with specials needs or in an educational setting

  • Experience/training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is preferred

Qualifications for performance-based enhanced hourly rate:

  • Bachelors’ degree in psychology, education, or other human services-related field, and/or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) certification

  • Drug test, PA State Criminal Record Check, and Child Abuse Clearances included in the application process.
